從瑜珈(yoga)一詞認識其開始即背後意涵。
主要教學內容:
1. 瑜珈源於古印度文化,在古印度六大哲學派別中亦有瑜珈派。瑜珈的姿勢運用古老且易於掌握的技巧,有改善及療癒生理、心理、情感和精神方面等功效,是一種達到身體、心靈與精神和諧的運動。
2. 瑜珈最初原型是原印歐語的字根yeug-,意思就是「連結、結合、統一」;在梵語可以譯為「內在真我的統一」。精神層面上可以解釋為「個人意念與身體連結在一起」,也就是瑜珈所追求的人的身心靈合一。
