在生活中如何運用精油?
主要教學內容:
1. 吸入法:將精油滴在手帕、或手心上搓揉,慢慢吸入香氣提振精神,是一種簡易的精油使用法,在枕頭上滴助眠的精油能幫助睡眠。另有蒸氣吸入法,裝一碗熱水滴入精,透過水蒸氣慢慢吸入。
2. 泡浴法:在密閉的浴室空間,將5-10滴精油加入介質混和後加入溫水中,浸泡10-15min。在浸泡時,緩慢的呼吸,享受精油分子的芳香森林浴。溫熱水會將我們的毛細孔打開,精油分子再由全身血液及體液的輸送,發揮效果。以沐浴法使用精油有泡浴法、手脚浸泡法、淋浴法及坐浴法。
3. 芳香療法的按摩:芳療師針對顧客身心的需要調劑精油配方,而在按摩過程中,讓皮膚與嗅覺接收精油分子,進而影響情緒及身體狀況,以達到全面性的均衡調理。
