不當飲食是造成非傳染性疾病的危險因素,2017年全球疾病負擔研究發現,有1100萬人死亡和2.55億殘疾皆因於飲食風險因素,因此可以透過營養介入治療來預防衰弱、營養惡化和體重減輕。
◆地中海飲食和北歐飲食:主因是可以攝取較多蔬果、全穀物、堅果、豆類、魚、橄欖油、葡萄酒,研究顯示地中海飲食與認知能力減慢下降有關,可降低罹患阿茲海默症風險和死亡率。
