2023 TCA Compulsory Workshop | Self-positioning and Upward Management in the International Workplace
This course is designed to assist students in analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of various company types as well as upward management and the cultivation of positive interpersonal skills. It also demonstrates ways to utilize the characteristics of international talent to excel in career paths and prepare for the job market.
