當世界已是平的，人的學習將可透過網路科技跨越時間與空間的阻礙。特別是語言的學習，隨著全球化的發展，與世界的溝通和互動更相形重要。Global Class-Net Certificate I 即是針對全球化之下華語老師所需具備的專業能力所設計的系列課程之ㄧ。課程包括美國華語文教育的師資資格或認證標準介紹、美國華語文學習與師資規範、美國華語文學習標準5C規範外，課程含教學目標，教學設計，Video 教材製作，活動設計，教學過程，教學評量等線上教學練習。學習完本課程後將能掌握美國華語文教學需求。
